Once upon a time, there was an indeed beautiful
peacock, and he knew he was gorgeous. The peacock always boasted about his
beauty. Those animals did not like his behaviour, however he did not mind what
others thought about him.
One day, he came across Crane, and Peacock started
boasting about his beautiful tail, but Crane asked Peacock, ’’Can your lovely
feathers help you fly and see the beauty of the earth?’’
‘’I don’t think so,’’ replied Peacock.
“You’re just like a normal cock then,” Crane
responded.
From then onwards, Peacock does not feel as proud as he used to be and realized that beauty is not everything.
